What Our Customers Say
Trusted by Charleston Homeowners
KRM replaced our entire HVAC system and the difference was immediate. Professional crew, clean work, and they explained everything before they started. Couldn't ask for better service.
We had a slab leak that two other plumbers couldn't find. KRM located it within an hour and had it repaired the same day. Honest, skilled, and fair pricing.
Used KRM for the full mechanical package on our new construction home — HVAC and plumbing rough-in through trim-out. They coordinated perfectly with our builder and the quality of work is exceptional.
Our mini-split installation in our historic home was handled with real care. They understood the constraints of the older structure and delivered a clean, efficient result.
Called KRM on a Friday afternoon when our AC went out. They were there within two hours and had us back up and running before dinner. That kind of response is rare.
Re-piped our entire house in copper. The crew was respectful of our home, patched everything cleanly, and the work passed inspection first time. Highly recommend.
